Meherrin Museum Donor Recognition

Kauwetsʔa·ka – People of the Water

The Meherrin Indian Tribe gratefully acknowledges the individuals, families, collectors, institutions, and organizations who have contributed artifacts, historical materials, and support to the Meherrin Museum and Cultural Center.

Through their generosity, items connected to Meherrin history and ancestral lands are being preserved so that future generations of Kauwetsʔa·ka people can learn from and reconnect with their heritage.

The Meherrin Museum Donor Recognition page honors those who have entrusted the Tribe with items connected to Meherrin history and territory. Each contribution helps restore and preserve the cultural story of the Meherrin people.
